The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team had their home winning streak broken by Seton Hill this afternoon, 15-10. Margaret Sharp had 3 goals while Anne Buttafuoco, Alexis Serras and Genevieve Stickney each scored 2 goals for STAC. Stephanie Nelson had 4 saves in the loss.
Serras scored the Lady Spartans first goal at the 12:21 mark making the score 3-1. Sharp had two of her three goals in the first half as Seton Hill held a 6-3 advantage at the break. STAC scored seven second half goals but it was not enough. Emily Fegan had 5 goals and 2 assists for Seton Hill.
The Lady Spartans will play C.W. Post on April 10th at Torne Valley.
