Lady Spartan Lacrosse player Kaitlyn Lonergan has been honored by the ECC as the Rookie of the Week.  Lonergan recorded 8 saves in an overtime 8-7 loss to Queens.  She currently ranks first in the conference in saves with 102.  Lonergan has been named Rookie of the Week three times and Goal Keeper of the twice in the seven weeks of the season so far.  

Samantha Lowney was named Honorable Mention for scoring three goals in the Lady Spartans only game this week.  She has had back to back games in which she has scored three times.
