The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to Nationally Ranked LIU Post, 17-10 on Wednesday afternoon.  Genevieve Stickney scored 7 goals against the #1 Ranked Team while Kellie Kucinski, Samantha Lowney and Alexis Serras each scored one. Kaitlyn Lonergan had 5 saves for the Lady Spartans.

Kucinski scored the first goal for the Lady Spartans.  LIU Post held a 12-2 lead in the first half behind 5 goals from Ashley Olen.  STAC outscored the Pioneers, 8-5 in the second half.  Margaret Sharp had two assists in the game.

STAC will host Roberts Wesleyan on April 20th.
