The Lady Spartan Lacrosse team got of to a strong starts with two wins last week.  Senior Margaret Sharp was Named East Coast Conference Player of the Week, while sophomore teammate Kaitlyn Lonergan Nabbed Goal Keeper of the Week Honors.  

Sharp scored 10 goals and had eight assists for the week. The senior attack helped the Lady Spartans open their season with a 2-0 record by scoring five goals in each game.

Lonergan recorded 15 saves and a 3.00 goals against average in STAC’s 2-0 week. Lonergan opened the season with 12 saves on the road in their win against Georgian Court.
