The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team beat Tiffin University, 15-11 on Tuesday afternoon. Kellie Kucinski had 5 goals and 2 assists to pace the way for STAC.  Samantha Lowney and Caroline Finnen each added 4 goals while Genevieve Stickney and Courtney McGrath each chipped in a goal. 

STAC fell behind 7-4 at the half before rattling off 9 unanswered goals; five of which were either scored by or assisted by Kucinski.  Tiffin put together a late run scoring the final three goals of the game but it was not enough to overcome STAC's 9 goal half.  

Tori Nelson and Morgan Sherley each scored 3 goals for Tiffin who fell to 0-2 while STAC moved to 2-1.  Kaitlin Lonergan recorded 8 saves in the win.  STAC will travel to Mercyhurst for a 12:00 PM game on Saturday.
