Women's Lacrosse Falls to Rollins, 14-3

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to Rollins University, 14-3 on Friday evening. The Spartans received two goals from freshmen Courtney Dumain and one from Katherine Borriello.

The Spartans scored all three of their goals in the second half after falling behind, 8-0 in the first half.  Samantha Rifice assisted Dumain's first goal to open the second half, at the 27:49 mark. Kaitlyn Lonergan had 15 saves in the game.  

Tyler Thomas and Kallie German scored 5 and 3 goals respectively to lead the way for Rollins. Malorie Olin had 6 saves in the win.

The Spartans will take on Findlay while in Florida on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m.
