The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to LIU Post, 15-3.  The Pioneers are undefeated in ECC play moving to 7-0 and 12-2 overall.  

The Spartans had three different goal scorers; with Caroline Finnen scoring the Spartans first goal of an assist from Jennifer Farrell tying the game at 1-1 at the 23:40 mark.  Alyson Brennan added a goal at the end of the first quarter off an assist from Finnen.  The Pioneers held a 6-2 advantage at the half with 16 shots on goal to the Spartans 6.  

Jennifer Farrell scored the Spartans only goal of the second half off an assist from Brennan.  The Pioneers outscored the Spartans 9-1 in the second half.  Laura Delorenzo had 9 saves for STAC while Olivia Kirk earned the win in goal for the Pioneers with 7 saves.  

The Spartans will travel to Queens College for their final game of the regular season on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
