The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team fell to LIU Post, 19-6 on Saturday afternoon. Kaitlyn Gutenberger scored three goals for the Spartans. Katherine Feigenbaum recorded 4 saves in the loss.
The Pioneers head three different scorers finish with four goal each; Brianna Feldman, Alyssa Mallery and Paige Sherlock. Each scored three of their four goals in the first half to take a 15-1 lead into the break. Gabrielle Di Fusco, Emily Glennon and Jennifer Farrell each added goals for the Spartans.
STAC will return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Caldwell for a 4:00 p.m. game.
