The STAC Women's Soccer Team dropped a 1-0 decision to NYIT in Old Westbury, NY.  The Bears scored with one minute remaining in the first half which proved to be enough to claim the victory.  Freshmen Julia Karl recorded 6 saves for the Spartans.

The Bears pressured STAC from the start of the game outshooting the Spartans 14-3.  Freshmen Megan Emanuelo scored just inside the box off an assist from junior Katie Hicks with :33 seconds left in the half.

 The Spartans will return home for a 6:30 game this Friday against Molloy College.
