STAC Women's Soccer drops 3-0 Contest at Felician

The St. Thomas Aquinas College women's soccer team fell to a 3-0 loss in a non-conference game at Felician University. The Lady Spartans fell to 3-9-0 overall while Felician improved to 3-6-1 on the season.

Felician jumped on top with a pair of early goals, with Amanda Nowak putting her team on the board at 8:38 and Azra Buljko providing an insurance tally at 18:16. That was all the Golden Falcons would need. Danielle Stoll closed out the scoring at 73:22 as the hosts outshot the Lady Spartans by a 15-4 margin on the evening. Courtney Dumain made seven saves in the STAC net.

The Lady Spartans return to action this Saturday, October 8, for an East Coast Conference match against Molloy College. The action starts at 12:00 noon at Spartan Field, as the front end of a double-header, followed by the men's teams battling for first place in the conference standings.
