STAC Women's Soccer Shut Out By No. 11 Jefferson, 4-0

Sparkill, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Soccer team dropped a 4-0 non-conference result to No. 11 nationally ranked Jefferson University on Sunday afternoon at Spartan Field.

STAC falls to 0-2-0 on the year, while Jefferson moves to 1-0-0.

Kyra Lesko scored twice in the match, while Evelin Ventura-Garcia Avery Nogami tallied a goal apiece for the Rams.

Claudia Vincent, Ninni Ringstad, Audrey Fenninger and Catalena Robson each posted shots on frame for the Spartans, and saw them all saved by Jefferson keeper Carly Hayman (W, 1-0) to earn her first win of the year.

Catalena Robson (L, 0-1) got the start in net for STAC and turned aside 9 of 13 shots propelled her way.
