St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis player Nyenyeri Kanefu was named the ECC Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.  Kanefu had a good week for the Lady Spartans winning the top flight doubles match, 8-2 over Ramapo College. Kanefu also paired up with Bianca Signore to win four matches and capture the B Doubles title of the ITA Regional last weekend. 

Signore was named to the ECC honorable mention for her performance this week. Along with winning the B Doubles title Signore won both her singles and doubles match against Ramapo last week.
