The St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis team will open the 2015 fall season this Friday when they travel to the University of the Sciences in PA.  The Spartans add one newcomer to this years squad, as Sara O'Brien from Orangeburg, NY, transferred into STAC from SUNY New Paltz.  

The Spartans are coming off another solid season finishing, 7-10 in 2014 and have returned all of the players from last season.  STAC was tabbed 6th in the ECC Poll voted on amongst the conference coaches.  

The Spartans will open at home against ECC Opponent NYIT, who received all 8 first place votes for the #1 slot in the poll.  STAC will host the Bears on Friday, September 11th at 3:00 pm.  

STAC hosted the Blue Devils last season falling in a close 5-4 match.  Friday's game time is 12:00 noon.
