Women's Tennis Edge Roberts in 5-4 Win

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis team picked up a 5-4 win over visiting Roberts Wesleyan College. The Spartans were successful in the top three singles spots as Bianca Signore won, 6-2, 6-6, (7-5). Nyenyeri Kanefu and Sara O'Brien wone the second and third singles flight as well. Signore and O'Brien paired up for an 8-4 doubles win in the top flight.

Kanefu along with Shannon Biehle won their doubles match, 8-6. STAC battled out the win to pick up their 2nd conference victory making them, 2-3 in ECC play. The Spartans will host Daemen College on Saturday.
