The St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis team beat Caldwell College, 7-2 on Thursday afternoon. Bianca Signore and Sara O' Brien paired up for a top flight doubles win, 8-6. Signore won her top flight singles match, 6-2, 6-4 while O'Brien won the fourth flight, 6-3, 6-2. Raven DeLeon and Shannon Biehle paired up for an 8-3 doubles win.
Nyenyeri Kanefu, Raven DeLeon and Kopf also won their singles matches. Kanefu topped Janis Jimenez, 6-3, 7-5 in the second flight match. DeLeon won 6-1, 6-0 and Kopf won 6-0, 6-0. The Spartans will return to action on Friday when they travel to Roberts Wesleyan.
