THE ROCKHILL REPORT

"Today's match was perhaps closer than the 7-0 final score indicates", stated Coach Dan Rockhill. "Goldey-Beacom competed hard at several positions and I was pleased that they came to battle".

"I am happy for Vika", said Rockhill. "She has been incredibly strong in practice all spring so it is nice to see that translate into match wins. She is currently playing at the level that is needed to compete and win at her position."

"Samy is always a warrior for us and turned in a gritty third set performance to pull out a victory at third singles."

"I would argue that the most important result today for us was Jem and Elita teaming for a 6-0 win at second doubles", remarked Rockhill. "They seem to be back on track and are playing confidently. That gives us a big boost."

"We are looking forward to celebrating our seniors this week. They have meant so much to this program and they deserve to be honored for their accomplishments."
