On Wednesday, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its Division II Women’s National Singles and Doubles Rankings as well as its Regional Singles and Doubles Rankings sponsored by Tennis-Point.
National Rankings consist of the Top 50 singles players and Top 25 doubles teams, while Regional Rankings consist of the Top 20 singles players and Top 10 doubles teams from each region. Division II Regional Rankings represent the Atlantic, Central, East, Midwest, South, South Central, Southeast, and West Regions.
10 members of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's and Men's Tennis programs have either been selected for the national rankings, regional rankings or both. Ebba Rosberg, Elita Silins, Elise Semmartin, Samanta Villegas Robles, Jemima Parkinson, Ondrej Sramek, Seth Newman, Ludovico Truffelli, Henry Ronnberg and Don Vinz Lominoque have all earned this distinguised honor from the ITA as a result of their outstanding play this fall.
