Coach Ballou on Michael: "Mike was our lead runner as a freshman and I expect more from him this season.  He had a great summer of training and will establish himself as a top runner in the ECC.  Mike's love of running and athletic ability will hekp him to reach his goals throughout the season."

Prior to STAC: 1st team all-SCIL as a junior...1st team NJAC as a senior. 3200M Champion in 2009...2010 Sectional XC Champion.

Personal: Son of Alan and Linda Galonski...has an older sister, Lauren.
