Freshman runner Vincent Vazquez has been named the East Coast Conference Rookie of the Week following a strong performance at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational at Roberts Weslyan College.  Vazquez was the first Spartan finisher covering the 8K course in 27:28. His finish was good for 38th place out of more than 200 runners.
