Coach Ray Kondracki was named the Head Coach of the Spartans in late August, and comes to STAC after 34 years as the Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track Coach at Clarkstown South High School in West Nyack, NY. Coach Kondracki has received the Rockland County Coach of the year award 15 times in his career and his teams won Rockland County titles 11 times, Section titles 10 times, and his 1998 boys spring track team won the New York State title. Ray has coached 4 National Scholastic Champions in Indoor track, and 5 in Outdoor track. 

 

Coach Kondracki retired from Clarkstown South High School in June of 2019 to become part of the Spartan Cross Country and Track & Field program.

 

Kondracki is also and Adjunct professor of Education in the college's Graduate Education program, as well as an adjunct Professor of Education at Rockland Community College.

 

Coach Kondracki is also an alumni of St. Thomas Aquinas College, having graduated from STAC in 1981 with Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
