St. Thomas Aquinas head golf coach Stephen Ferrara was named the Eaton Golf Pride Division II East Regional Coach of the Year which was announced by the GCAA. Junior Chris Fitzpatrick was a Division II PING All-Region selection for the second year in a row.
The St. Thomas Aquinas golf team finished its season today as half of the field was cut due to bad weather for the final round at the NCAA Championships. The Spartans complete one of their best seasons in the history of the program with their second trip to the NCAA Championships.
The St. Thomas Aquinas golf team completed round three of the NCAA Championships with a team score of 310, their lowest of the week. Junior Chris Fitzpatrick led the group with a round of even par, 72.
The St. Thomas Aquinas golf team moved up to 17th place after round two of the NCAA Championships. Mike Gunderson shot a team low 77 for the day and has a two day total of 160. Junior Chris Fitzpatrick shot a 78 in round two giving him a two day score of 159.

Chris Fitzpatrick and Nick Delango each shot 81 for the day. Mike Gunderson had an 83 while John Casey posted an 84 for the Spartans.

The St. Thomas Aquinas men's golf team finished the NCAA Regionals in 3rd place advancing them to the NCAA Division II Championships. STAC put together their lowest team score of the event, shooting 294 for the day to help them advance to the Championships for the second year in a row.

On a course saturated with over 3 inches of rain and showers throughout the day, Junior Chris Fitzpatrick managed to play an unbelievable day of golf. Fitzpatrick led the Spartans to a first place finish at the Wilmington University Spring Invitational after firing a 3-under par 68.
The St. Thomas Aquinas golf team finished a three day tournament in Humacao, Puerto Rico with a team score of 931. Junior Chris Fitzpatrick lead STAC with a total score 224 tying him for 18th place out of a field of 82.

The St. Thomas Aquinas men's golf team finished tied for tenth after the opening round of the Palmas Del Mar in Humacao, Puerto Rico. STAC finished with a team score of 306, eighteen strokes of the leader, USC Upstate.

The St. Thomas Aquinas men's golf team finished the opening day of the Dominican College Charger Challenge with a team score of 308 putting them in third place and six shots off the lead.
The St. Thomas Aquinas mens golf team started their 2009-2010 season at the St. Johns University McLaughlin held at Bethpages Red Course. Among the field were some top Division I programs including Coastal Carolina, UNC Wilmington, Boston College, Villanova, Princeton, Harvard and St. Johns University. Freshman Nick Delango led STAC in shooting a team low 218 (75-72-71) good for 38th place.
