The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team lost their final match of the season to Ramapo College, 9-0. The Spartans Jon Iliev and Ed Reiter dropped an 8-1 top doubles match.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team lost 7-2 against visiting Chestnut Hill College. The Spartans' Paul Schuman and Jerone Dunbar won 8-5 in the third doubles match. Mel Gonzalez picked up the lone single win topping Reese Brown 8-2, in the sixth flight.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team dropped a tough 5-4 match to visiting Bloomfield on Friday. The Spartans' Carl Johnson and Mike Antolini picked up the lone double win beating Bloomfield 8-1 in the second seed. Antolini went on to win in the second singles flight with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Evan McCall. Paul Schuman and Jerone Dunbar also added victories in the fifth and sixth singles matches. Schuman won 10-8 while Dunbar picked up a 2-6, 6-3, 8-5 win.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team earned their second victory of the season topping Post University 9-0. Jon Iliev and Ed Reiter won the top doubles flight 8-2 while Mike Antolini and Jerone Dunbar won 8-0 in the number two doubles spot. Iliev went on to win in the top singles flight 6-2, 6-3 against Johan Pineda.

The Spartans Mike Antolini and Carl Johnson played a tough doubles match before falling 8-5 to the Clippers Joe Giamboi and Vito Galatioto. STAC's Jerone Dunbar dropped 6-1 and 6-3 matches to Giamboi in the sixth singles match.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men’s tennis team picked up their first win on the courts this spring against Caldwell College. The Spartans won all three of their doubles matches led by Edward Reiter and Jon Iliev who took the top flight with an 8-6 victory. Mike Antolini and Carl Johnson won 8-6 in the second doubles flight while Paul Schuman and Jerone Dunbar earned an 8-4 victory in the third flight.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team lost to Adelphi University, 9-0 in their home tennis match on Monday afternoon. The Spartans Jon Iliev and Ed Reiter dropped the top seed doubles match, 8-1. Jerone Dunbar and Melchor Gonzalez lost in the third flight doubles 8-1 while Mike Antolini suffered an 8-1 loss in his second flight singles match. The Spartans went scoreless in their other matches.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team dropped its opening match, 9-0 to visiting Gloster College. The Spartans best match came from the first doubles team of Michael Antolini and Edward Reiter who lost 8-4. The win was Gloster's first of the season. The Spartans will be back in action on Thursday as they host Bloomfield College at 3:30.
The St. Thomas Aquinas men's tennis team was picked to finish sixth in the East Coast Conference Preseason Poll. The poll was voted on by the coaches of each team. STAC finished with the 2008 regular season with a record of (3-5, 0-5). Concordia was selected to finish in first place.
