    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team finished its first season of competition on Saturday afternoon, playing a hard fought game at Dowling. The Spartans fell 2-1 in overtime showing the major improvements they have made over the course of the season.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team lost, 1-0 at Drew on Thursday afternoon. Nicole Amerling had two saves for the Spartans. Cyan Scarduzio had 3 shots on goal to lead the attack for the Spartans but they were unable to score.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team lost to St. Michael's, 8-0 on Sunday afternoon. The game was the final home game for the Spartans who are in their inaugural season. STAC's Kaitlyn Gee and Nicole Amerling combined for 9 saves.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team fell, 7-0 against Lindenwood on Sunday afternoon. The visitors capitalized on 14 shots on goal compared to the Spartans 2 shots on goal. Nicole Amerling recorded 6 saves while Kaitlyn Gee had 1 save.
  • Spartans Drop Hard Fought Game Against Dowling in Overtime, 4-3

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team lost to Dowling College, 4-3 on Saturday afternoon. In a back and forth game, Katie Reynolds scored a goal late in the second half to force the overtime session.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas field hockey team played its first home game of the programs history. The Spartans fell to Bellarmine University, 3-1. Carley Davin scored the lone goal for the Spartans, recording her third goal in three games. Nicole Amerling recorded 5 saves for STAC.
  • Mavericks Score in Double OT to Take, 3-2 Win Over Spartans

    The St. Thomas Aquinas field hockey team lost to cross town rival Mercy College, 3-2 in double OT. Carley Davrin scored the first goal of the game off an assist from Jacquelin Dowling, to give STAC a 1-0 lead.
  • Spartans Get First Win With 2-1 Victory Over Ramapo

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team beat Ramapo College, 2-1 on Tuesday afternoon. The win marks the new programs first victory, as the Spartans came from behind to get the job done. Late goals from Angela Rendina and Carley Davin led the Spartans to victory.
  • Strong Pioneer Team Tops Spartans, 6-0 in Field Hockey

    The St. Thomas Aquinas field hockey team lost to LIU Post, 6-0 on Sunday afternoon. The Pioneers are a regionally ranked team and were selected to finish first in their conference. Spartan goalie, Nicole Amerling recorded 6 saves for the game.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas women's field hockey team lost a hard fought, 4-1 game at Manhattanville on Wednesday afternoon. Sarah Quarto score the first goal of the season for STAC coming at the 45 minute mark of the second half. Kaitlyn Gee and Nicole Amerling each recorded 4 saves for the Spartans.
  • Spartan Field Hockey Opens Inaugural Season

    The St. Thomas Aquinas field hockey team began its inaugural season in New Hampshire this weekend. STAC took on St. Anselm's College on Saturday, dropping a 9-0 game. The Spartans played Southern New Hampshire on Sunday, falling 6-0.
