May 28, 2013St. Thomas Aquinas baseball player, Mike Russo was named the Daktronics East Region Player of the Year. Russo was a first team All Region selection along with teammates, Rich Baerga, Efrain Bautista and Stanley Susana. Russo was a second team Daktronics All American Selection. -

Scott Muscat Named NCBWA Coach of the Year, Mike Russo Earns Player of the Year
May 16, 2013St. Thomas Aquinas head baseball coach Scott Muscat was named the NCWBA East Region Coach of the Year for the second year uin a row after guiding the Spartans to a regular season title as well as a conference championship. Senior Mike Russo was named the NCBWA player of the year. -

Head Coach Scott Muscat was named the ECC Coach of the Year after guiding his team to a record breaking season. Mike Russo was named the ECC Player of the Year while Rob Naughton earned the ECC Co-Rookie of the Year. -
