    The St. Thomas Aquinas men's and women's soccer teams ran a three hour clinic for the local youth of Rockland County. The event was held at Torne Valley Sports Complex on Friday evening. The players and coaches ran drills and fun games for kids ages Kindergarten through 5th grade. Over 200 kids attended the event.

Andrew Tartara had 3 saves in the game for STAC, including two key saves in the first overtime session. The Spartans goal was an own goal that deflected off a defensive player from Stonehill.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer team was ranked 5th in the ECC Pre Season Poll. The Spartans are coming off their best season with an overall record of 11-4-4 and a first time trip to the NCAA tournament. STAC returns 18 players from last years squad that won their first NCAA tournament game with a 4-1 victory over NYIT.

    The St. Thomas Aquinas men's soccer team is ranked 21st in the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Men's National Poll. The Spartans are coming off their best season in the programs history at NCAA Division II, with an overall record of 11-4-4 and an NCAA tournament bid.
